Your parcels are taken care of within 24 to 48 working hours , then transported by our partner carriers, recognized for their reliability: Colissimo , UPS , DHL or La Poste .

Home delivery – Colissimo

- Offer valid with purchases of €70 or more

- €8 for any order under €70

- Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days

Europe

(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria… + 48 countries)

Standard Delivery – Colissimo

- €8 off purchases of €100 or more

- €12 for orders under €100

- Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days

International

(Australia, Canada, Cyprus… + 182 destinations)

International delivery – UPS, DHL or La Poste

- €20 off purchases of €100 or more

- €45 for orders under €100

- Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days

💎 For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees and local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow it at every stage.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want every purchase to be a perfect experience. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

Terms :

- New products, never worn, unwashed and in their original packaging

- Presentation of the order number

- Some items may be excluded from return for hygiene or personalization reasons (where applicable)
